In response to the growing demand and to strengthen international competitiveness, Covac Co., Ltd. launched its new manufacturing company at Lima Technology Center in Lipa Batangas, Philippines, on May 24, 2019.
This new factory is about 65km away from Manila Airport and affiliated with 32 Japanese companies in the area. It has an integrated production system from rubber kneading process to molding, printing and painting process and consists of 40 press molding machines that will be used in full operation and produce various switching parts of automotive and parts of printers produced by silicone rubber-based materials.
The completion ceremony was attended by its foreign Board of Directors headed by Mr. Masaki Kobayashi and Mr. Yoichi Nishi, Company President, together with Mr. Kenji Yagi, General Manager, Covac Philippines, Inc. Furthermore, PEZA Deputy Director General, Ms. Mary Hariette Abordo, and some valued clients and customers were also present on the said event.
